Sunday! Sunday! Sunday!
Here is an interactive map of the ride I have planned for Sunday.
Not for the faint of heart, if you don't arrange for return transportation this route can be used in reverse to get you home.

Sunday ride
My Doctor has okay’d a mild pace for as long as I like for this Sunday. As long as I don’t get my blood pressure too high.
That means someone else will have to take care of the road rage toward inattentive and dangerous drivers.
I would like to start in Carlsbad and ride south on the PCH and return for a coffee stop.
Hope to see you there.

Ride this week-end
I will be doing a slow steady ride this week-end to see if the blood vessels in my nose can take the stress.
Seriously, 13 mph no more than 20 miles.
Post route ideas in comments and wether you want to go on Saturday or Sunday.
